The rain was blowing sideways on my way to the Hotel Monteleone. I had only met the couple once, so I didn't know exactly how the bride would handle this weather. We had a first look scheduled on the roof of the hotel, and while we had a backup plan, it wasn't exactly on Kimberly's agenda. "We're doing it." She lifted up her dress (no easy feat) and with umbrella in hand, made her way out in the rain to meet her future husband. This is my kind of client. Rain or shine, she didn't blink an eye.
I'll say it again...I get the coolest couples. These two were so laid back, no matter what mother nature threw at them, and they were rewarded in the end. The weather cleared and we were treated to an absolutely perfect night. The Pharmacy Museum and Napoleon House (perhaps my favorite bar in the city) provided the perfect backdrop, and the results speak for themselves. Here's a quick little preview of an amazing wedding. Cheers!
